1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:Stuffy-To-Go kits
Party supplies
Bookings or event experiences
Customized or personalized items
Digital products
Opened or used items
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item arrives defective.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.Email: info@mycuratedparty.com
Include the following information:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the issue
– A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will offer a replacement item or store credit. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.
3. Shipping Issues
Please note:We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to resend it.
Tracking updates and delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
4. Event Bookings (Non-Refundable)
All event deposits and event payments are non-refundable, as event dates, staffing, and materials are reserved specifically for your event.Rescheduling may be available depending on MCP’s availability.
5. Final Sale Items
