Last Updated: December 19, 2025Thank you for shopping with My Curated Party LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, and what to expect with delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
All Stuffy-To-Go kits and shipped products are prepared and packaged with care.Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
During holidays or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Customized or personalized items may require additional preparation time.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping (if available): typically 2–3 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available from the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:– Destination
– Package weight and size
– Carrier rates and service selected
From time to time, certain products or promotions may include flat-rate or free shipping offers. These will be clearly indicated when applicable.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.My Curated Party LLC is not responsible for:
– Delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
– Lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, MCP is no longer in control of delivery times or handling.We are not responsible for:
– Shipping delays caused by the carrier
– Packages marked as delivered but not received
– Packages lost or stolen after delivery
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or investigation request. We will do our best to assist, but refunds will not be issued for carrier-related issues.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.Email: info@mycuratedparty.com
Include the following information:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the damage or defect
– A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement item or store credit. Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not available.
7. Shipping for Event Supplies or Rentals
Some event-related items may be delivered locally or brought to your event by MCP staff.Local delivery may be available for an additional fee, based on distance and event needs.
Certain rentals and larger equipment are typically not shipped and must be delivered and set up by MCP or picked up as arranged.
Specific delivery details for events will be confirmed during the booking process.
8. International Shipping
At this time, My Curated Party LLC ships within the United States only.International shipping is not currently available.
